We partnered with Hamilton-Lauraville Main Street (HLMS) to breathe new life into The Lot, a once underused vacant gas station/lot at 4500 Harford Road. With the goal of creating a vibrant outdoor gathering area, we collaborated closely on design and execution — from site prep and landscaping to structural upgrades interior renovations and lighting.

Thanks to our disciplined approach, we delivered the project on time and under budget, allowing HLMS to launch community events ahead of schedule. The feedback from residents and organizers reflects our dedication:
