TrueBuilt Co. partnered with Studio 22 to transform a raw shell space into a high-end, fully customized wellness studio that reflects modern design and functionality. What began as a simple interior build-out evolved into a complete design-build collaboration, allowing our team to craft every detail of the client’s vision from concept to completion.

The project included the creation of a Pilates studio, sauna and cold plunge room, massage suite, and private training studio, each designed with a focus on tranquility, flow, and comfort. We also designed and built a custom coffee and refresh station, featuring an elegant arched bulkhead and bespoke millwork. The welcoming reception area showcases a custom-designed reception desk, polished concrete floors, and architectural ceiling features that tie the entire space together with sophistication and warmth.

This project embodies our design-forward approach—balancing aesthetics, functionality, and craftsmanship to deliver a space that elevates both the client’s brand and their clients’ experience.
