. Once a charming commercial enclave serving the Stoneleigh community, this shuttered center needed a revitalization that respected its heritage while supporting contemporary retail use.

What We Did:
Removed all non-historic materials, including outdated aluminum storefronts, replacing them with African mahogany wood doors, cedar framing, and insulated custom glass crafted to match the original window designs.

Rebuilt historic architectural elements throughout the façade—restoring detailed exterior trim, installing all-new gutters, conducting precision slate roofing repairs, and repointing masonry to preserve the building’s timeless character.

Executed a complete parking lot mill-and-pave, including restriping, to modernize infrastructure and improve pedestrian and vehicle flow.

Impact & Outcome:
Our thoughtful restoration preserved the aesthetic integrity of this 100-year-old landmark while making it functional for today’s retail demands. By delivering top-quality craftsmanship and timely execution, we supported the landlord’s leasing goals and welcomed a dynamic new tenant—Nana’s Tacos—who now serves the neighborhood from this beautifully restored center.
