We led the full mill, pave, and line striping renovation of the parking lot at the Green Spring Tower Shopping Center—an active commercial hub serving the Hampden community of Baltimore. Recognizing the vital role the shopping center plays in local daily life, we worked closely with both business owners and community associations to ensure the project caused minimal disruption.

To ensure smooth operations, we engaged directly with local stakeholders and successfully obtained a noise variance from the city, allowing us to perform paving work during off-hours. This approach kept the lot fully operational for the community during the day.

We broke the project into three strategic phases to maintain traffic flow and accessibility for customers and tenants throughout construction. Through careful planning, transparent communication, and a results-driven mindset, we completed each phase ahead of schedule and under budget—without compromising quality or safety.
