In the heart of Kennett Square, we partnered with a local landlord and their fast-growing tenant, Centered Clay Studio, to deliver a thoughtful and cost-effective expansion of their beloved pottery studio. With rising demand for classes and member access, the tenant needed more space—fast. Working closely with the landlord, we provided quick-turnaround pricing and innovative budget-conscious solutions that made the project not only possible but highly successful.

We completed a full gut renovation of the space, transforming it into a warm, creative, and highly functional studio environment. The scope included:

Full demolition and interior reconfiguration

New ADA-compliant upgrades, including a fully accessible custom bathroom

Brand new HVAC systems, upgraded electrical and lighting throughout

Installation of custom millwork, triple sinks with sediment collection system for pottery use

Complete interior design, paint selection, and furniture coordination
