About
Haydon Wyatt
Founder & CEO, TrueBuilt Co.
Haydon Wyatt is the founder and CEO of TrueBuilt Co., a veteran-owned commercial construction company built on precision, adaptability, and a passion for helping businesses grow. His journey into construction leadership began in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a submariner, rescue swimmer, and Navy diver—roles that demanded discipline, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure. These values remain at the core of every project Haydon leads today.
After his military service, Haydon spent nearly a decade working in corporate commercial construction, managing complex projects for Fortune 500 companies during the day and at night Haydon earned a degree in Real Estate and Economic Development from the University of Baltimore, where he deepened his understanding of how thoughtful construction and development can shape stronger, more resilient communities. With that foundation, he set out to build a company that not only delivers high-quality commercial spaces but also supports the growth of the businesses and neighborhoods they serve.
Haydon brings hands-on leadership and a community-first mindset to every TrueBuilt project—from renovating historic properties to helping businesses expand across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. His mission is clear: build smarter, faster, and with purpose, so businesses have the solid foundation they need to thrive.
